Learn how to recharge without caffeine, react smarter under pressure and to visualize and act on what you really want.
This 3-week workshop series is designed to boost your performance and well-being by teaching you mindfulness based methods that will help you to re-energize, to initiate change and to live intentionally.
Sara Leidinger from artofspark will guide you through three weeks of well-being essentials.
Starting with Week 1: Recharge, you will learn effective methods to regain your energy after long working hours or during stressful periods.
During Week 2: Game Changer the focus is on how your attitude affects you. You will learn to react smarter under pressure and explore how you can improve your motivation.
Finally, in Week 3: Relax and Create you will learn what it means to live intentionally and boost your performance by visualizing your goals.
Each week consists of one longer workshop session and two shorter “yogic espressos” to help you bring mindfulness to your everyday life and recharge without caffeine.

The cost of the workshop is subsidized by VMI. The suggested participation fee is 180 CHF/person, but you are free to contribute more or less. The course will be confirmed 3 weeks prior to the starting date if 10 or more people sign up.
